Directions

Road

The Macphail Centre is easy to find. If you enter Ullapool from the south, turn North onto the Lochinver road. We are located about 100 metres on the right.

If you enter Ullapool from the North, we are located on the left as you cross the pedestrian crossing on the road.

Boat

If you come to Ullapool by ferry, exit the pier and walk along Shore Street towards the Shell Garage. When you come to the Junction before the garage, turn left and we are located about 100 metres on the right.

Air

The nearest airport is located in Inverness, where hire car facilities are available. Exit the Airport and travel towards Inverness, then take the A9 North for 10 miles to the Tore Roundabout before taking the second exit onto the A835 Ullapool road.

Rail

The closest Station to Ullapool is in Garve. From Garve travel West on the A835 for 35 miles until you arrive in Ullapool.

Bus

There is a good bus service travelling to Ullapool on a daily basis (Except Sunday) from Inverness. The bus will drop you at the ferry terminal.
